Return Policy

There are several points to be aware of before wanting to request a return of the item:

• If the product is used or the product is damaged or tampered with, it can not be returned.
• The product may be returned if it is in the same condition when it is received, either in respect of its packaging or accessories.
• Refund within 3 days and replacement within 7 days of receipt of order.
• What is the procedure if I connect a product that is not working properly / damaged?
If you receive a product that is not working properly or is damaged, you can return it to the store in the same condition that you received in the same original packaging. Once it is received, the product will be inspected, and if a defect or damage is found, it will begin to take the necessary maintenance work, replace it or compensate you for the value of the product.

• The product you received was not the same as the product requested, how can I return it?
You can return the product to the merchant in the same condition as when it was received at the same original packaging. Once the product is received, you will begin to take action to replace it or compensate you for the value of the product.

• What are the procedures for receiving and delivering returned products?
Once the order has been registered, it will be answered within 72 hours, indicating the mechanism for delivery of the damaged product. After receiving the product, we will begin to take the necessary measures to replace it or compensate you for the value of the product within (8) business days.
